Events and Presentations

Why just read about the past when you can experience it? Our archaeologist is ready to guide you on an exciting exploration of biblical history right from your church, school, and/or community center.

Tour the ancient lands and peoples of Mesopotamia, Egypt, Canaan, Israel, Babylon, and more through intriguing presentations, artifact replicas, and hands-on demonstrations.

Interactive and engaging programs will bring history to life in ways that will leave you awe-inspired and approaching Bible study from a whole new perspective.

Is there a minimum/maximum audience number?

"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matt. 18:20

Jesus never set restrictions on audience numbers, so why should we? From two souls to a crowd of five thousand, if you have the space, we have the message.

How long are presentations?

Is there a minimum/maximum audience number?

Is there a minimum/maximum audience number?

The presentation time depends on the topics being presented. Some topics are the length of a sermon, while others are best for a multi-session series.

Presentations are interactive and questions/audience participation is strongly encouraged.

Technical Equipment needs:

Technical Equipment needs:

Our presentations have a high level of visual content and require a projector and screen. We are not an authority in tech literacy, so if you have IT system experts at your venue we welcome their input!

If your venue does not have these features, let us know so we can work on alternative arraignments.

We've decided to host an event. What do we need to do or know?

While we bring most items necessary, there are a few things each venue can do to assist.

  • Set up & take down takes about 2-3 hours. Someone who can help lift heavy totes/boxes will need to be available at the venue prior to the event to assist in setting up.

  • You will need to have four 6' (or two 8') tables for displays, plus two additional tables for giveaways (grand total of four to six tables). We have tablecloths to use for these displays. Activities/workshops require additional tables & chairs. We have themed plastic lining to cover/protect tables as needed.

  • If requesting a mock archaeological excavation site, we will need a pre-dug area approximately 4" deep for the dig site. Some venues prefer to use a plastic or inflatable pool filled with sand/soil rather than dig up their flower beds/yard! We will bring the "treasures" to place in the dig site for participants to discover. We have a canopy for shade if needed.

  • If opting for a dig bucket activity here are some things to note:
    • If at all possible, the venue should supply the sand for adding to dig buckets. An average of 20 buckets can be made for every 40-50lbs. of sand.
    • It is preferable to do this activity outdoors or on a surface that can get wet/sandy.
    • We can bring tarps if needed.
    • 1-2 gallons of water may be needed per sifting basin/participant.
    • You'll need a designated area to dump the sand and water afterwards. No sink drains!
